Whenever I slip on my black leather Justin boots, I feel a little bit of Texas in my step and a slip of mysouthern drawl that’s normally masked.
The soft, supple black oil-resistant leather emblazoned with red and orange embroidery reminds me of hot flames licking up the sides of my boots. Fire in my step.
Personally, I like to wear them with a cute sun dress, denim skirt, jeans, and even my tailored black dress slacks when I’m working at the office.
On rainy days, the “grip on demand” ensures I keep my step. I find cowgirl boots way more practical (and so much more darling) than rain boots.
Not a fan of rigid soles, the J-flex comfort system snags this Chiropractor’s approval for footwear. Personally, my feet are medium or average width, but the AQHA Q-Crepe boots in Black Worn Saddle feel a little narrow on the sole. . . . they feel just a little snug compared to the Tony Lama Stars boots that I wear more often than any other shoes in my closet.
But, I love my black Justin’s. My beloved Texas is here with me in Virginia whenever I pull them on my feet. Justin’s women’s AQHA Q-crepe boots retail for $186 – $220.
YOUR TURN:
Where would you wear your boots?
Note: A pair of boots were provided by Justin to facilitate this review.

I’ve never had a pair of cowboy boots, but they would be great to have. Super cute and I think I’d feel a little bit more cowgirl-ish with a pair while mowing the pasture.
now that’s something i’ve never tried!
