The sun-kissed slopes of the desert silhouette the smoldering skies at dusk–only west of the Rockies have I seen sunsets so brilliant. So mesmerizing . . .my favorite time of day. Streaks of burnished gold piercing through azure sky. A vast canvas painted with blazing brushes.
